2. Shipping Time & Processing
⏳ Order Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
🚚 Delivery Time:
- Major Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Areas: 5-7 business days
- Remote Locations: May take up to 10 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
💰 Standard Shipping Fee:
- Flat [Insert Amount] PKR for all orders.
- Free shipping on orders above 5000 PKR.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email/SMS.
- You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
💵 We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
- COD orders require a confirmation call/message before dispatch.
- Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us at glowmarttt@gmail.com.
- If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, GlowMart will not be responsible for reshipping.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, please email us within 48 hours with pictures at glowmarttt@gmail.com.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the case.
8. Changes to Your Order
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours at glowmarttt@gmail.com.
- Once an order is shipped, we cannot make any changes.
