At GlowMart, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to make the return and refund process as simple as possible. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return.
1. Return Policy – 15 Days
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If 15 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot accept your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
✔️ Be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✔️ Have all tags, seals, and protective coverings intact.
✔️ Not be a non-returnable item (see below).
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used beauty/skincare products (for hygiene reasons).
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
2. How to Request a Return
If you meet the return conditions, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Email Us: Send your return request to glowmarttt@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).
2️⃣ Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2-3 business days.
3️⃣ Ship the Product: If approved, you’ll need to send the item back to our return address (provided via email). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4️⃣ Get Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Policy
💰 Refund Options:
- If eligible, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (whichever you prefer).
- Refunds do not include shipping fees.
💳 Processing Time:
- Once we approve your return and receive the item, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
🚨 Damaged or Wrong Products?
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at glowmarttt@gmail.com with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
4. Exchange Policy
Need a different product? If your return is approved, you can request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to availability.
5. Can I Cancel My Order?
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
